Ebooks Minnesota

EBooks Minnesota is a free platform for all Minnesotans. You can click on any of the books to instantly read them in your browser, no login required! Many of these books are from Minnesota publishers. I would highly recommend Backroads of Minnesota: Your Guide to Scenic Getaways & Adventures or you can browse the Young Adult Fiction category. You do not need to log in.

Manybooks

Manybooks offers free access to classic and open source eBooks. Almost any book you that you would read for English class is on here, but there are newer titles as well. Use the Discover tab at the top to browse your favorite categories.

Teen Book Club

Select the Teen Book Cloud through the MPLS public schools website (this allows you to have access at home). Another great option for reading through your browser! There are a large amount of graphic novels, and I'd recommend checking out The Beatles in Comics or the large amount of English classics.

Great River Regional Library eBooks & Audiobooks

If you have a Great River Regional Library card, log in to griver.org and then click this link to view the eBooks and audiobooks that the library offers. Unfortunately, if you do not already have a GRRL library card, signing up for a new card can only be done online if you are 17-years-old.

Hennepin County Digital Magazines

If you have a Hennepin County library card, log in to hclib.org and then click this link to view the databases for eBooks and digital magazines that the library offers. Some magazines to check out (by clicking on RBdigital Magazines) could be Bon Appetit, Field & Stream, or National Geographic.

Audible Stories

Audible has graciously compiled free audiobooks for students for as long as schools are closed. Click the link below and browse the categories you prefer.

Hennepin County Audiobooks via RBdigital

If you have a Hennepin County library card, log in to hclib.org and then click this link to view the audiobooks that the library offers. The Juvenile Fiction genre may be of the most interest, but you can browse other genres by clicking "+View By Genre" at the top right. The audiobooks will be checked out under your library account for 21 days, and it works even though public libraries are currently closed.
